Sarah Kuchinski, LPC

provider-kuchinskiSarah Kuchinski received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Truman State University in 2000. She is licensed by the State of Missouri as a Professional Counselor. Sarah provides both individual and family therapy for children and adolescents, as well as individual therapy for adult clients.

Sarah is experienced in serving clients with a broad range of needs, including: those who have suffered abuse, neglect or trauma; anxiety, depression, and mood disorders; impulse control, attention/focus disorders; and autism spectrum disorders. Sarah has extensive training and experience with students who have special needs, disruptive school behaviors, and children who have histories with trauma. She implements a treatment approach based upon a comprehensive assessment of the client's history, behaviors, and strengths. With training and experience in Trauma-Informed Care and Solution-Focused Therapy, Sarah guides clients and families toward an improved quality of life with compassion and care.

Sarah has served at the Day Treatment Clinical Services Supervisor at Gillis, where she guided services for students with educational and behavioral needs. Also while at Gillis, Sarah worked as a Day Treatment Therapist and Family Focus Therapist.

Sarah is currently accepting new client referrals for children, adolescents, and adults.
