Welcome to Comprehensive Psychiatric Associates! We offer a full range of mental health services for you and your family.

We offer two scheduling options:

1. Call our office at 816-453-7473, option #1 to schedule an appointment. You can then download the Registration Form and age-appropriate New Patient Questionnaire, which are listed below (in PDF format) and bring the completed forms along with your insurance card to the appointment.   
           
2. If you would like to supply us with some basic information we will call you back to schedule the appointment. For this option, please click here to be taken to our Appointment Request form. Once completed, please click on the submit button at the bottom of that page. We will call you to schedule an appointment. All submissions received before 4:00pm Monday through Friday will be returned that day. Any received after 4:00pm will be returned the next business day. After submitting your Appointment Request form you can download and print the Registration Form and age-appropriate New Patient Questionnaire, which is listed below (in PDF format) and bring the completed forms along with your insurance card to the appointment.
