If you are experiencing a non life-threatening emergency, mental health crisis or a problem with your medications or treatment, and you are calling after 5:00pm Monday – Friday, on a weekend or a holiday, then please call Two Rivers Psychiatric Hospital at 816-356-5688. If it is not urgent, please call our office at 816-453-7473 ext 211 to schedule an immediate appointment, or you can use our walk-in clinic (see below for the walk-in clinic policy and hours).
It is the policy of our practice to provide our clients with enough medication to last until their next appointment. We may elect to refill your medications early in certain circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. We have the right to decline any early refill request until you are seen and encourage you to come in as a “walk-in” if you cannot wait for your next scheduled appointment (see below for the walk-in clinic policy and hours). We require 2 (two) business days for all medication refills. We will not refill any medication on the weekends, holidays or after hours.
For refill requests, or if you have a question or issue regarding any of the medications you have been prescribed by a CPA provider, please call our office at 816-453-7473 ext 216.
The walk-in clinic is open Monday through Friday to address the medication management needs of established patients. If you opt to utilize the walk-in clinic you will need to present to our office between 8:00am and 1:00pm and you will be seen by the first available medical provider.
Please note that the following medication prescriptions must be picked up at our office as they cannot be called into a pharmacy per federal law:

- Adderall/Adderall XR
- Concerta
- Focalin/Focalin IR/Focalin XR
- Dexedrine/Dexedrine SP
- Daytrana
- Vyvanse
